Chartered Accountants Yardley & Co. was started in June 2000 by myself, Miranda Yardley. Although my firm was originally based in offices in Shoreditch in Central London, with the changes in technology we now either work from home or at our client’s site.
I am passionate about helping businesses and their owners realise their full potential, by listening to your needs and requirements, analysing your problems and challenges and suggesting time and cost-effective solutions.
I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in 2004. Originally trained in central London with a ‘top ten’ firm of accountants, articled in audit and tax, and subsequently worked for three different small firms of accountants until ‘going it alone’ in 2000. I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
I have a wide experience of businesses and systems, and (unusually for an accountant) I am passionate about selling and marketing. I am experienced in training and coaching staff to a variety of levels, and working with businesses at all levels including board level.

Although I do not offer audit services, I am able to help your company or business prepare for statutory audit, or other audit requirements, for example Solicitor’s Accounts Rules. If your business requires an audit, I am able to refer you to external auditors with whom I have worked for many years.
I have lived in Leigh-on-Sea for twelve years. My client base in predominantly in the South East including London and the inner M25 area. I have always worked closely with my clients and struck up strong working relationships based upon trust and respect.
